Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 October 2026

These terms apply when you join a Pacera membership. By paying for a membership you agree to them.

1. About Pacera

Pacera is a trading name of Lee Watkins, a sole trader and physiotherapist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC registration number PH82587). Pacera provides online running coaching, strength and conditioning programmes and remote physiotherapy advice.

2. Joining

  • You must be 18 or over, or have written consent from a parent or guardian.

  • Places are offered after an application and a call. We may decline an application, for example if remote coaching is not safe or suitable for you.

  • Before starting you must complete the onboarding questionnaire honestly and in full, including the health screening.

3. Your membership

  • Membership costs £495 per month, charged in advance on the same date each month. There is a minimum term of 3 months; after that, membership continues month to month until you cancel.

  • It includes your personalised running and strength plans, ongoing plan adjustments, video consultations and messaging support as described on the website at the time you join.

  • Prices may change; we will give you at least 30 days' notice before a change applies to you.

4. Cancelling

  • After your first 3 months, you can cancel by giving one month's notice by email to hello@pacera.run. Your membership and payments continue for that notice month, then stop. Payments already made are not refunded except where the law requires.

  • Under UK consumer law you may cancel within 14 days of joining. If you ask us to start within those 14 days, we may deduct a fair amount for the service already provided.

  • We may end a membership with notice if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, or if continuing would not be safe for you.

5. Your health and safety

  • Exercise carries some risk of injury. Follow your plan sensibly and stop if you feel unwell.

  • Tell us promptly about any new injury, illness, pain or change in medication.

  • Remote physiotherapy has limits. We may advise you to see a GP, a physiotherapist in person or another health professional. In an emergency, call 999 (UK) or your local emergency number.

  • Our advice does not replace emergency or urgent medical care.

6. Your responsibilities

Keep your plans and materials for your own personal use; do not share or resell them. Be respectful in all communication.

7. Our responsibilities and liability

  • We will deliver the service with reasonable care and skill, as a qualified professional.

  • We are not liable for losses caused by you not following advice, not telling us relevant health information, or events outside our reasonable control.

  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

8. Intellectual property

All plans, videos and materials remain the property of Pacera.

9. Complaints

Please raise any concern with us first at hello@pacera.run so we can put it right. You can also contact the HCPC about a registered professional's conduct.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere you keep any mandatory protections of your local law.
